Gentlemen, Quank your Turbines!

 Gentlemen, Quank your Turbines!

Gentlemen, Quank your Turbines!

Thusly the call went out. And, thusly, the Race began. And, thusly, thusly, them turbines was quancked.

It was a strange place to stage a to-the-death-or-honor race: a Christmas tree farm parking lot. But, it was true, the cars had to entertain themselves while their occupants were off searching for The Perfect Tree.

     Today’s contestants featured:

In the first position, the Speed Champions Ford Fiesta. In the second position, the cool electric mountainboard from Mia’s Forest Adventure. In the third position, the blue race car from Lego Classic Creative Fun. In the fourth position, Molten Man including-but not limited to- his half a melted car. And, in fifth position, Buzz in a bumper car from Buzz and Woody’s Carnival Mania.  Turbines quancked, they were off! [Substituting for the parking lot was the green couch in the basement, let the reader understand] The blue race car took the early lead. But, he ran out of caffeine, so he abruptly stopped to take a coffee break. That made room for the Ford Fiesta, but he stopped to change over his spotlight/ style hood elements for low-light racing. Which wasn’t exactly necessary; it was more of a fashion choice. But, oh, well. Molten Man started to molt, so he also stopped, to drink a Red Bull. The carnival ride bumper car had a last moment exchange with a Carnotaurus Gyrosphere, which was kicked for a goal by said Carnosaur. Who went back to the Carno-val( get it?).

So the electric mountain board glided to an easy victory in the Christmas tree farm parking lot. Just then, Mia and Baby Bear returned with the Earth Day Tree, as a substitute Christmas conifer. Molten Man offered to use his head as the star on top. The offer was accepted.
