The one who started it all, the flame brain himself, Doc Nitro! It wasn't so long ago that Doc was Ben, a reporter investigating a Power Broker* ring, when he was soaked in a premier super power chemicals. He can now generate two flames, a green flame that acts as a force field, and a red flame that burns like a jet engine; the combination is explosive. Part time Cape, part time body guard, Doc doesn't always love his situation, but that just fuels his drive to do what's right, no matter the cost.
